Making a Positive Impact

Hello, I'm Ericka, a professional dancer in Michigan who previously was a Michigan State athlete. I believe that dance and fitness are interconnected, as they have helped me develop various skills. With a fitness background, I am committed to my personal training journey and empowering my community. My goal is to not only improve physical fitness but also to boost confidence, self-love, and personal growth in others. I focus on strength training and endurance, emphasizing form, balance, and coordination in my programs. You don't have to be a dancer to work with me, as my aim is to help you become the best version of yourself and reach your full potential. Through my platform, I hope to inspire others to discover their true potential and start a journey towards a healthier and more empowered lifestyle.

PERSONALIZED TRAINING

Before becoming a coach, I faced my own struggles in reaching my goals. Growing up as a dancer, I burned so many calories that I could eat whatever I wanted. However, as I got older and stopped dancing as much, my eating habits remained the same, and eventually, I found myself weighing over 215 pounds. I felt frustrated and unhappy with myself, realizing I had let things go too far, and I knew something needed to change.

At first, it was a constant cycle of ups and downs, with many Monday restarts. I lacked motivation, and the unrealistic standards on social media made me doubt my ability to reach my goals. The emotional toll was heavy, and I grew tired of striving for perfection in my fitness journey. Eventually, I realized that perfection wasn’t the goal—no one is perfect. It’s called a health journey for a reason, and accepting failures as part of the process was a turning point for me. I prioritized myself, stayed consistent, and although it wasn’t easy, it was absolutely worth it. I grew to love working out and the process of becoming better.​

Now, I understand the dedication it takes to lose weight, gain muscle, or transform your lifestyle, and I’m here to help you do the same. You deserve more than you realize, and I’m committed to helping you become the best version of YOU.

COME TAKE CLASS WITH ME

PowerHour Class

The Power Hour class is designed to effectively target and strengthen the muscles in the legs and glutes during a one-hour session. It offers a personalized approach, allowing participants of different fitness levels to engage in the workout and progress at their own pace. The session includes a variety of exercises and often incorporates different weights and resistance levels, to help one build strength, increase their endurance and overall fitness!
